On-Site or Off-Site Shredding; Is One Better?

“We still Shred On-Site, Off-Site, and offer Drop-Off!”

What’s the Best Way ?

There is no single universal “right” way to shred… there is only what is right for you and your business. That’s why Quality Shredding is committed to continuing to offer all three shredding options!

Quality Shredding Expands On-Site Capacity

A large national shredding company has been sending out letters that they are cutting back on on-site mobile shredding. Actually, that company was bought out last year by a medical waste company who have announced plans to end all on-site mobile shredding by the end of 2017.

Many of you have a good business requirement for on-site shredding. If that is the case, I want you to know that this summer Quality Shredding invested in another mobile shredding truck (the only one of its type on Long Island) to increase our mobile shredding capacity! If you are using a national shredding company, I suggest you ask some questions about their plans.

What kind of Shredding is right for us?

Should you shred on-site? Or is it better in your case to remove boxes for destruction at our central secure plant? Or do you need the flexibility of Drop-Off service? There are business arguments for all three styles, and all are protected by our NAID AAA Certification and New York State license.
